Is there a fee to request a courier?
No. The directory is free for the facility. You tell us what moves and how often, we introduce a carrier in your city, and you agree on price and terms with the carrier directly. We are not a broker and take nothing from the run.
How fast do I hear back?
A person reads every request and makes the introduction by email within one business day. If no carrier is listed in your city yet, we say so and look in the surrounding area before anyone signs anything.
Can you handle lab specimens, medication and HIPAA?
Carriers list what they carry: STAT and scheduled specimen runs, pharmacy and medication deliveries, refrigerated and frozen, medical equipment, documents. Verified carriers have shown us their registration, insurance and HIPAA or bloodborne-pathogens training. Never put patient information in a request; describe the route, not the patient.
Can I request a specific carrier?
Yes. Every carrier card on a city page has a Request button, or you can ask for anyone in the city and we pick the fit.
What does the verified mark mean?
Mobility and Precision Systems LLC checked the company by hand: state registration or W-9, insurance as the company runs it, HIPAA and OSHA bloodborne-pathogens training, and the owner's identity. Self-declared credentials alone never earn it.
Who dispatches and tracks the run?
The carrier does. Carriers on this network can run your work in MDT, the dispatch software built by the same company as this directory, which gives them live driver location, timestamps at pickup and delivery and photo proof they can share with you.
